- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Our Quality Assurance team will review the claim
- If approved, we may offer:
- Product exchange OR
- Store credit (depending on availability)
Important Notes:
- Unstitched items: Issues must be reported within 7 working days
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Exchange requests after the given timeframe will not be accepted
