EXCHANGE POLICY

We only offer exchanges in case of genuine quality or manufacturing defects.

  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Our Quality Assurance team will review the claim
  • If approved, we may offer:
    • Product exchange OR
    • Store credit (depending on availability)

Important Notes:

  • Unstitched items: Issues must be reported within 7 working days
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Exchange requests after the given timeframe will not be accepted
