CANCELLATION POLICY

We allow limited flexibility for order cancellations and modifications:

• Orders paid via Credit Card or Bank Transfer can be:
  • Cancelled or modified within 48 hours of purchase
• After 48 hours, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled or changed

Additional Conditions:

• Customized orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins
• Discounted items are not eligible for cancellation or refund
